Our Values
What We Believe In
Wellness
Yoga and mindfulness is an important tool for all ages to help them manage their physical, emotional, and mental health. It provides them with the skills to navigate the often overwhelming demands of life, which helps with their academic performance. Additionally, it can help them better cope with stress, build relationships, and develop a sense of inner peace. By providing children with these tools, they will be better equipped to handle life's challenges.
Academics
Literacy is important for students of all ages, and it is especially important for children. It is essential for their academic success in every subject, from science to art. Reading and writing skills are important for critical thinking, problem solving, and communication. With strong literacy skills, students can become better learners and be better prepared for life’s challenges. Literacy also helps to foster a love of learning and encourages creativity.
Mindfulness
Social-emotional learning (SEL) is important to a child's development. It helps kids learn to recognize, understand, and manage their emotions and build relationships with others. Through activities like yoga, children can learn how to express themselves healthily, practice empathy and self-awareness, and develop the skills to manage stress and handle conflict. These skills can help kids build better relationships, handle difficult situations, and make better decisions throughout their lives.
